Reza Najafian
Director
Reza owns his own care service since 2013 and has served as an Executive Director of Scottish Care since 2016, Reza saw the challenges faced by care providers. It has become evident that the use of agency staff has become a necessity, he then funded StaffScanner in 2016.
With the success of StaffScanner to continue and improve the care sector Reza formed CareStaff at home to allow him to support his community and support clients to remain in their own home.
Stuart Morton
Manager
Stuart joined Carestaff at home as our Service Manager in February 2023. He has spent most of his adult life within many managerial roles in Healthcare. Stuart oversees the day to day management of the service ensuring all staff within the company are delivering the best care possible to our clients and families. Stuart has obtained all necessary qualifications to undertake this role.
Phil Goodwin
Client Coordinator
Phil joined care staff at home in November 2023 as a Client Co-Ordinator, Phil has many years’ experience working within the care sector. Phil develops our clients care plans insuring they are both personal centred and client focused. Phil also carries out quality audits and staff observations of practice to ensure we are delivering high quality care to our clients.
Jamie Lee Mckenzie
Lead Schedular
Jamie lee has been with Carestaff from the very beginning she was our first member of staff employed by the business. Since joining Carestaff Jamie Lee has undertaken her SVQ 3 and transitioned from front line care to working in our office in Glasgow. Jamie Lee now leads and supports all Schedules. Jamie Lee ensures that continuity of care is at the forefront for our clients.
Amanda Grant
Care Schedular
Amanda joined CareStaff at Home in September 2024 after working with CareStaff for a year and a half. She brings over 26 years of care experience and has completed her SVQ3. Now, Amanda leads and supports all schedules, ensuring continuity of care for our clients.
Graham Fitzsimmons
Head of Recruitment
Graham, head of national recruitment, oversees staff onboarding and compliance. Since moving from South Africa to Scotland in 2023, he has embraced the challenges of health and social care, aiming to expand his sector knowledge and grow his career. Graham is dedicated to ensuring our recruits are trained to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Janet Stone
Learning & Development Manager
Janet is our Learning and Development Manager who has extensive experience within many different roles and aspects of the Healthcare Sector. Janet is very passionate about delivering high quality ongoing training to ensure our staff are knowledgeable, confident and person centred in their approach when assisting our clients with their individualised care needs.
