About Care Staff at Home

At CareStaff at Home, we support families at moments when clarity, reassurance, and trust matter most. We know that arranging care for a parent or loved one can feel emotional and uncertain, often accompanied by concern about safety, continuity, and quality of life.

Our role is to ease that burden by providing dependable, person-led home care that allows your loved one to remain comfortable and secure in their own home, while giving families confidence that they are well supported.

Our Services

Whether support is needed for a short time or on an ongoing basis, we’ll work with you to create a care plan that feels right.

Visits from 1 hour

Support that fits around your day, whether you need a quick check-in or regular daily visits. This can include medication prompts, wellbeing checks, help with meals, and reassurance for both clients and families.

Live-in / 24-hour Care

Respectful, sensitive support with everyday personal care, always delivered with kindness and privacy. We help with washing, dressing, grooming, and daily routines, supporting independence while preserving dignity.

Companion Care

Friendly, reliable companionship to reduce loneliness and bring confidence back into daily life. This may include conversation, shared activities, meal preparation, light household tasks, and support getting out and about.

Dementia Care

Specialist support for people living with dementia, focused on comfort, familiarity, and routine. Our carers are trained to provide calm, consistent care that supports both clients and their families.

Rehabilitation

Help with recovery after illness, surgery, or hospital discharge, supporting a safe return to everyday living. We work alongside healthcare professionals to support mobility, confidence, and independence at home.

Respite Care

Short-term care to give family carers time to rest, recharge, or attend to other commitments. You can feel confident your loved one is safe, supported, and well cared for while you take a break.

Choosing Care is a big decision.
We’ll take it step by step, at your pace.

At Care Staff at Home, we know this decision is about far more than services, it’s about trust, dignity, and peace of mind. That’s why we take time to listen, understand what matters to you, and provide Care that feels reassuring from the very first visit.

"We are delighted with CareStaff Ltd and are fortunate to have them care for mum. From the office staff to the caring staff - they are 5*. Would highly recommend."

L R Daughter of Client

“It has been great being able to enjoy ourselves knowing my dad has been cared for safely. We opted for care at home so he could stay in familiar surroundings. We had the same 2 people cover the 3 days so my dad had a familiar face.”

Liz W Daughter of Client

“The carers for my husband are all so kind and respectful. So much laughter, so nice to see my husband so happy and singing in the bathroom!”

Jill B Wife of client

"Overall, care is very good. Carers are very helpful and professional. Very friendly and caring. It's very reassuring that the carers are very confident to contact the relevant services in an emergency and contact us if there are any issues."
